First and hopefully not last 15 km 🏃 I wasn’t actually fast (1:45 hrs) and extremely tired afterwards.

Tomorrow I’ll try to reach my daily distance goal of 🏃 15 km per day, and keep it there while my body slowly adjusts to the training load. Today I was tired an hour in, which was an improvement over yesterday.

🏃 13 km in slightly less than 90 minutes. I tried a different route, hoping it was longer. Alas, almost the same distance. So I had to make an additional loop to make it thirteen full thousand meters, with legs already tired after 30 minutes of running. Tomorrow will be 14 km.
